Earth Drills and Augers
Kinshofer’s earth drills for excavators up to 45t / 9900000 lbs, are an economical and customized solution for the drilling of holes for fence posts, poles, foundations and more. Well drilling or screw pile installations are also not a problem with these dependable earth drills. Kinshofer’s augers are perfectly matched to the corresponding earth drills. A constant spiral configuration and a shallow pitch flight guarantee extreme efficiency and productivity. Thanks to the easily exchangeable wear parts like pilots and teeth, the auger can be adjusted to different ground conditions. Due to the patented Shock Lock System, the teeth have a longer lifespan, shocks are absorbed, and tooth loss is prevented. Additional adjustment comes from auger extensions in different length options – available as regular or telescopic versions
Clamshell Buckets
Kinshofer offers a variety of clamshell bucket attachments, including clamshell buckets with HPXdrive, clamshell buckets with horizontal cylinder, clamshell buckets with vertical cylinder, and clamshell buckets with exchangeable shells.
Selector Grabs
KINSHOFER selector Grabs are excellent tools for demolition tasks and the sorting of all kinds of building materials. The grabs are available with shells featuring a perforated skin that lets fine dust and gravel through without larger pieces getting caught. The durable cutting edges can retain different materials using the edge tips. A long service life is ensured due to the use of 500 HB steel in the manufacture of the replaceable cutting edges.
Manipulators
Kinshofer offers a number of manipulators for material handling across a broad range of project needs. The KM 932MB barrier lifter is a mechanical grapple for the fast and convenient handling of concrete barriers and blocks.
Drum Cutters
Kinshoefer’s drum cutters with spur gearing are driven by high torque motors and equipped with a gear reduction to increase the cutting force. The optimal selection of drum and chisel guarantees high performance for loosening of material and reduces wear.
Hydraulic Breakers
Kinshofer’s hydraulic breaker series has a wide calibration range of the required oil flow for an easier setup. The tapered shape also ensures excellent visibility during operation, allowing the operator to work close to walls and other structures.
NOX Tiltrotators & Control Systems
The NOX Tiltrotator offers a 360° continuous rotation and a tilt angle of 2 x 50° make it a universal joint, allowing for a whole new range of applications. Combined with a quick-change system and various attachments this means highest efficiency at any construction site.
